Erik Andersson worked in Business Development at Skype. In his after-Skype time, Erik started several own projects before in 2013 he co-founded Teamtailor.

Teamtailor is created to help HRs in their uneasy work. The service offers a recruitment site tailored specifically for the company, mobile application, integration with social media to simplify application process and applicants tracker to make handling applications easier regardless of their number.
