Henn Ruukel had a few jobs at Skype before leaving in 2012. First he was the Director of Site operations for 4 years, then spent less than a year as the Business Engineering Director, and finished his tenure with a two year stint as the Backend Senior Product Manager.

Now, Ruukel and his team have created a new messaging service called Fleep. Where other internal communications platforms allow people to communicate within their teams, Fleep is a network where all users can communicate with each other. Fleep also tries to streamline communications between team members by grouping conversations based on participants, rather than by subject, like traditional email services.
